Welcome vendors and thank you for your interest. To confirm your participation as a vendor, please complete and submit the form. Once you are approved, we will send you instruction for payment by Zelle or for credit card payment, we will invoice you online payment option, Please note a 4% service fee will be added for credit card transactions.

Vendor Types and Booth Fees (for both days):
1. Culture Related Booth $375 per booth (10'x10')
2. Food Truck $625
3. Food Tent/Tables $450 per booth (10'x10')
4. Non profit $200 (Table size in the information station)
5. Commercial Booth (10'x10') (Space is limited) $625 (Or check out our package for sponsor vendor.)

Form purpose
This form represents the contract between the Vendor of goods and services and the Grantor, Texas Women Society, a 501(c)(3) Texas nonprofit organization charged with the responsibility of organizing and conducting the annual McKinney Asian Food Festival to showcase the multicultural aspects of the City of McKinney. Grantor stipulates herein conditions for Vendor to participate in the Festival. Due to the uncertainty and any unforeseen conditions that may arise, we are not allowing refunds for booth fees in the event that McKinney Asian Food Festival is cancelled. Please read detail regarding vendor information before you fill out the form. 1. The Festival will NOT provide tent, table or chair.2. FOOD And/or DRINK SAMPLES ARE NOT PERMITED (included bottled water and pop-corn). All fees are non-refundable. No electricity or running water is available.3. Food related vendors are required to get permit directly through City of McKinney Health Department for event permit.4. Vendors need to take their garbage away with them, NO gabage is allowed to dump into the gargage bins on site. Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth area in the condition that it was originally received. All vendors are required to maintain their own liability insurance. It is the responsibility of all vendors to obtain any required permits, licenses, etc. The event committee reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion and to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal or considered offensive to others. In this document , you will be releasing and indemnifying Texas Women's Society from the consequences of its own present or potential acts, omissions or negligence. CONSENT AND RELEASE
PERMISSION FOR USE: The undersigned and the organization represented by the undersigned (together the "Waiving Party"), give permission to the Texas Women’s Society and/or its agents and sponsors for the recording, reproduction, and broadcasting/telecasting of any visual or aural occurrences during the McKinney Asian Food Festival or its preparation.ASSIGNMENT AND RELEASE: The Waiving Party assigns all rights and releases from liability the Texas Women’s Society and/or its agents for the recording, reproduction, exhibition, broadcasting, telecasting, and distribution of any personal visual image, biography, voice, musical and/or theatrical performance, and musical text and/or written text materials used in such performance in connection with the production of the McKinney Asian Food Festival.WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Waiving Party hereby releases and forever discharges Texas Women’s Society, its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, and assigns, and all other related persons, firms, or corporations (collectively, the “Organization”) considered liable or who might be claimed to be liable, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, and particularly without limitation on account of all injuries or claims, known and unknown, both to person and property, which may result or may in the future develop from any activities taking place in connection with the McKinney Asian Food Festival or any activities, planning or events otherwise contemplated hereby (collectively, the “Activities”).INDEMNIFICATION: The Waiving Party further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Organization harmless from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages or expenses resulting from the acts, omissions or negligence of the Organization resulting from or which may in the future develop from the Activities.RECORDS RELEASE: The Waiving Party agrees to the release of any and all records necessary for the audit by the City of McKinney or other governing authority of all transactions between the Texas Women’s Society and participants, volunteers or other applicants with respect to the McKinney Asian Food Festival.
