Form purpose
This form represents the contract between the Vendor of goods and services and the Grantor, Texas Women Society, a 501(c)(3) Texas nonprofit organization charged with the responsibility of organizing and conducting the annual McKinney Moon Festival to showcase the multicultural aspects of the City of McKinney. Grantor stipulates herein conditions for Vendor to participate in the Festival. Due to the uncertainty and any unforeseen conditions that may arise, we are not allowing refunds for booth fees in the event that McKinney Moon Festival is cancelled. Please read detail regarding vendor information before you fill out the form. 1. The Festival will NOT provide tent.2. FOOD And/or DRINK SAMPLES ARE NOT PERMITED (included bottled water and pop-corn). All fees are non-refundable. No electricity nor running water is available.3. ALL food vendors will get the PERMIT directly from City of McKinney. Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth area in the condition that it was originally received. All vendors are required to maintain their own liability insurance. It is the responsibility of all vendors to obtain any required permits, licenses, etc. The event committee reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion and to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal or considered offensive to others. In this document , you will be releasing and indemnifying Texas Women's Society from the consequences of its own present or potential acts, omissions or negligence.
